Sentence Structure 「Cont.」
Omission of information
Certain parts of information can be ignored if you are expressing the proper amount of context in what is written.
Extensive use of わたし「watashi」can be avoided when it is obvious you are talking about yourself.
It is also possible to ignore the pronoun of you/your あなた「anata」when it is possible to use the proper name and/or name of a title or role of the person you are writing to.
Also, speech that excessively uses pronouns is considered less polite.
